Perinatal Health Education

  • Provide unique evidence-based and culturally-sensitive perinatal health education, information, and training to prepare for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts that may or may not occur before, during, and after birth; utilizing Educated Birth teaching materials.​

  • Honor (each of) your unique strengths, boundaries, preferences, intuition, language, lived experiences, identities and their intersections, family structure, knowledge, rituals, cultural traditions, beliefs and practices.​​

  • Explore a vast array of medical interventions, medications, self-care practices, meditation, self-directed visualization, mantras, relaxation tools, movement, positions, breathing techniques, and other comfort measures.

  • A safe(r) space to process a vast array of support and access needs, feelings, and experiences.

  • Encourage the practice of radical self-love, self-care, and self-advocacy, as well as empowering boundary-setting, informed-decision making, and harm reduction practices, with (each 0f) you.
